Description

Handmade brass and rosewood veneer inlay, with 2 available to purchase. The brass and and rosewood veneer inlay is cut from slightly thicker materials then the standard 0.5mm. It is close to being 1mm in thickness. The brass makes up the inlay and has been cut in one piece. The rosewood veneer is the background. Both of the inlays are identical in design and in the veneer.

The overall rosewood veneer size is 80mm high x 410mm long. The length is the direction of the rosewood grain. The brass size is 62mm high x 392mm long.

These are cut the same way as our seaweed inlays, therefore one is cut into the other. This leaves a fret saw gap between the brass and the rosewood.

There is brown paper on the back keeping the inlay together. This can be removed with a damp cloth once the inlay has been pressed into place.
